We require a minimum of 100 people at full price for lunch or dinner to close the dining room to other reservations. There is also a room charge of $500.00 for dinner or $250.00 for lunch, except in December, when an extra room charge is added. A near accurate count must be called in 1 week in advance. A final count must be called in 48 hours prior to your reservation.
There is a $100.00 deposit required to reserve the Holly House. All deposits must be received with in seven days of the day the reservation was made to guarantee the room.
There are also varying deposits needed for the main dining room based on the size of your group. It is also possible to reserve the whole dining room for large groups who desire private dining. Call (616) 896-NOEL(6635) for details. Maximum seating is 150 people.
