Thank you for considering NOEL for your special cake. Our goal is to provide you with delicious cake exquisitely decorated at a fair price. The options available will make your cake a unique centerpiece long remembered by you and your guests.
You are invited to see our display cakes and photographs during business hours, or at other times by appointment. Samples of our cake are usually available.
Please place your cake order 2 weeks in advance for special occasion cakes, and 4 weeks in advance for wedding cakes.
A $.50 per person charge will be added to your guest check if your bring in a cake not made by NOEL's baker.
All of our cakes are a moist filled pudding cake:

Each serving is one inch by two inches by two layers. The top tier is not included in the serving count, so the bridal couple may save it for their first anniversary. (A storage box is provided.) Cake-top ornaments are not included in the cost of the cake. If you supply the ornament, it should be in our hands one week prior to delivery.
Your tiers may be round, square, oblong, heart shape, or a combination of these. "Dummy" tiers are available at an additional cost. There is an additional nominal fee for more intricate decorating styles as listed below. Your choice of filling is always included at no charge.
Icing comes in white or ivory.
You may choose from many varieties and colors of icing flowers. Mounds of them will be used between the tiers unless you prefer other decoration or your florist's assistance. There is a $25.00 setup fee on all cake parts. This will be refunded when they are returned to NOEL.

$50.00 will be required as a retainer when you order your cake. This will reserve the necessary setup pieces for your cake. This is applied towards the price of your cake. No refund on cancelled orders.

Delivery and setup: Additional. No Sunday deliveries.
Fresh flowers and green are to be supplied by your florist. Please have them to NOEL the day before. There is a $10.00 fee for us to place the flowers & greens. If fresh flowers are to be placed directly on the cake you should have the florist wrap the stems.
ALL CAKES MUST BE PAID FOR TEN DAYS IN ADVANCE.
